These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blood Konnector (the "Service"), a platform that helps connect voluntary blood donors with recipients across Pakistan.

By creating an account, registering as a donor or recipient, submitting a blood request, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Blood Konnector is a coordination and matching platform. We provide tools to help users find and contact potential donors or request support for blood needs.

We are not:

• a hospital, blood bank, or medical facility;
• a healthcare provider or licensed medical practitioner;
• responsible for screening, collecting, testing, storing, or transfusing blood; or
• a party to any donation, medical decision, or private arrangement between users.

Any donation, medical procedure, or clinical decision must be carried out through appropriate medical institutions and under applicable professional standards.

You must be legally able to use the Service under the laws of Pakistan. If you register as a donor, you represent that you meet applicable age and eligibility requirements for blood donation under Pakistani law and medical guidelines.

You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• keep your login credentials secure;
• update your profile promptly when details change (especially blood group, contact information, and availability); and
• not create accounts for others without authorisation or impersonate any person or organisation.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

If you register as a donor, you agree that:

• information you provide (including blood group and availability) is truthful to the best of your knowledge;
• you will only donate when medically eligible and through appropriate channels;
• listing yourself as available does not create a binding obligation to donate in every case, but you should respond responsibly and update your status when unavailable;
• Blood Konnector does not guarantee that you will be contacted, or that a match will result in a donation; and
• final medical clearance to donate rests with the relevant medical facility, not with Blood Konnector.

If you submit or manage a blood request, you agree that:

• request details (blood group, urgency, location, hospital contacts) are accurate and submitted in good faith;
• the Service is a facilitation tool and does not guarantee that a compatible donor will be found or that blood will be available;
• you will treat donors with respect and use contact information only for legitimate donation coordination; and
• emergency medical care should always be sought from hospitals and emergency services — do not rely solely on the platform in life-threatening situations.

You must not:

• misuse the Service for fraud, spam, harassment, or commercial solicitation unrelated to legitimate blood donation coordination;
• post false, misleading, or urgent requests that are not genuine;
• scrape, harvest, or misuse user contact details beyond coordinating a donation;
• attempt to bypass security, access another user's account, or interfere with platform operations;
• upload malware or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users; or
• use the Service in violation of applicable Pakistani law or these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.

Content on Blood Konnector is for general informational and coordination purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We do not warrant that matches will be successful, that listed donor information is always current, or that any particular outcome will occur. Donation eligibility, blood safety, and clinical decisions are solely the responsibility of users and medical professionals.

The Blood Konnector name, branding, website design, software, and related content are owned by Blood Konnector or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited licence to host and use it as needed to operate the Service.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that certain profile and request details may be shared with other users as needed for matching and coordination.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blood Konnector disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blood Konnector and its operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Without limiting the above, we are not liable for outcomes of communications, meetings, donations, medical procedures, or disputes between users. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and, where applicable, request account closure.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blood Konnector and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses risk to users or the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory protections available under applicable law.
