Welcome to the websites of Blood Konnector, Incorporated ('BK,' 'we,' 'our,' or 'us'). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these 'Terms of Use'), govern your access to and use of bloodkonnector.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our websites (the 'Websites'). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Websites. By using the Websites, or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (set out in Part Two below). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use our Websites.

Blood Konnector is a health technology platform. We provide a digital service that helps connect voluntary blood donors with individuals and organizations in need of blood in Pakistan. Blood Konnector is not a blood bank, hospital, clinic, laboratory, or any form of licensed medical institution. We do not collect, store, test, process, or supply blood. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any decisions related to blood donation or transfusion are entirely the responsibility of the relevant healthcare professionals and the individuals involved. Nothing on our websites constitutes medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.

These websites are available to users who meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Under the Majority Act, 1875 (as applicable in Pakistan), a person must be 18 years of age to enter into a legally binding contract. Persons under 18 may not register an account or use any services on the Websites.
• You reside in Pakistan or its territories.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not barred from using our services under any applicable law.

By using the Websites, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Websites. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your information promptly if it changes. BK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is found to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not disclose your login credentials to any other person or entity.
• Notify us immediately at info@bloodkonnector.com upon becoming aware of any authorized access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

BK has the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier at any time in our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the websites. All changes are effective from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the Websites following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms of Use periodically so you remain aware of any updates.

We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify these websites and any service or material we provide, including the BK Rewards Program, at any time in our sole discretion and without prior notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the websites or services are unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for:

• Making all arrangements necessary for you to access the websites, including internet connectivity.
• Ensuring that all persons who access the Websites through your internet connection or your account are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.

Because Blood Konnector operates in the health technology space, certain information you provide may be health-related (for example, blood group, donation history, or health declarations). This type of data is classified as sensitive personal data. By registering an account and submitting any health-related information, you explicitly and freely consent to BK collecting, processing, and using your health-related data for the following purposes only:

• Matching blood donors with recipients on the platform.
• Operating, maintaining, and improving the BK platform and services.
• Complying with applicable legal obligations.

We will not use your health-related data for any other purpose without obtaining your further explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at info@bloodkonnector.com, in which case we will cease using your health-related data and may need to delete your account if the data is essential to providing the service. Health-related data is stored with additional technical and organizational safeguards as described in Part Two (Privacy Policy) of this document.

BK may operate a rewards program to recognize and incentivize registered blood donors. The following terms apply to the Rewards Program:

• Eligibility: Only registered users who are verified blood donors are eligible to earn rewards.
• Earning Rewards: Rewards are earned based on verified donation activity as recorded on the platform. BK reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the activities that qualify for rewards and the value of rewards associated with each activity.
• Redemption: Rewards may be redeemed for goods, services, or vouchers as made available by BK or its redemption partners from time to time. Redemption is subject to availability and the terms of the relevant redemption vendor or manufacturer.
• Expiry: Rewards may have an expiry date. BK will notify users of any applicable expiry periods.
• Non-Transferable: Rewards are personal to the account holder and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.
• Program Changes: BK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable. BK is not liable for any losses resulting from such changes.
• No Warranty on Rewards: BK does not warrant rewards. The remedy available for any defective reward shall be that available under the relevant redemption vendor's or manufacturer's warranty, if any.

The websites may allow users to post, submit, or share content ('User Contributions'). All User Contributions must comply in their entirety with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 ('PECA'). User contributions must not

• Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Infringe any intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or trade secrets belonging to any person or entity.
• Violate the legal rights, including privacy rights, of any other person, or give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.
• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information, or constitute 'fake or false information' within the meaning of PECA and its 2025 amendments.
• Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
• Involve commercial activities, advertising, or solicitation without BK's prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Contain viruses, malware, or any other harmful code or technology.

BK reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any user contribution for any or no reason in our sole discretion and to take any other action we deem necessary or appropriate, including referral to law enforcement authorities.

You may use the Websites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. In addition to the content standards above, you agree not to:

• Use the Websites in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including PECA 2016 (as amended), the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, or any other applicable legislation.
• Use the websites to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm any person, including by exposing them to inappropriate content or soliciting personally identifiable information.
• Transmit or procure the sending of any unsolicited advertising or promotional material ('spam').
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate BK, a BK employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Use any automated means, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access or copy any material on the Websites without our prior written consent.
• Use any device or software that interferes with the proper working of the websites.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the websites, servers, databases, or computer systems connected to the websites.
• Launch any form of attack against the websites, including denial-of-service attacks.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use or enjoyment of the Websites.

We have the right to:

• Remove or refuse to post any User Contribution for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
• Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion.
• Disclose information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, where required or permitted by applicable law, including PECA.
• Take appropriate legal action, including referral to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) or other relevant law enforcement authorities, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Websites.
• Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the websites for any or no reason, including any violation of these Terms of Use.

We will cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting materials on or through the Websites, to the extent required or permitted by applicable law. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS BK AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY SUCH PARTIES DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER SUCH PARTIES OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

The websites and their entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and design, are owned by Blood Konnector, Incorporated, and are protected by the intellectual property laws of Pakistan. 'Blood Konnector,' 'BK,' and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BK. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks appearing on the Websites belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Websites without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use in the ordinary course of using the Websites.

You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part without our express written consent. You must not:

• Cause our websites or any portion of them to be displayed through framing, deep linking, or in-line linking on any other site.
• Link to any part of the Websites other than the homepage without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. We may disable all or any social media features and any links at any time at our discretion.

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility or liability for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. If you access any third-party websites linked from our websites, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those websites.

We may send you service-related or marketing communications by email or SMS. The following terms apply:

• Consent: We will only send you marketing communications if you have opted in to receive them during registration or thereafter. Your consent is separate from your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contacting us at info@bloodkonnector.com.
• Frequency: We will not send marketing messages excessively. Approximate frequency will be disclosed at the point of opt-in.
• Service Messages: We may send you non-marketing, service-related messages (such as account notifications or security alerts) regardless of your marketing preferences.
• Third-Party Vendors: We use third-party SMS and email service providers to deliver communications. These vendors process your contact details solely to deliver messages on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations. These communications comply with the Pakistan Telecom Consumer Protection Regulations, 2009, and other applicable regulations.

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITES, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. BK MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITES. BK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE WEBSITES OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IMPORTANT: BK IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM ONLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND IN RELATION TO THE SUITABILITY OF ANY BLOOD DONOR OR RECIPIENT, THE ACCURACY OF ANY HEALTH INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY USERS, OR ANY OUTCOMES RELATED TO BLOOD DONATION OR TRANSFUSION. ALL MEDICAL AND HEALTH DECISIONS MUST BE MADE BY QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.

BK HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN PAKISTAN.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN, IN NO EVENT WILL BK, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITES, ANY LINKED WEBSITES, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITES, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY WHERE SUCH EXCLUSION IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE PAKISTANI LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF USE IS INTENDED TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR RESTRICTED.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BK, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use, or any use of the Websites, their content, or services other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or the Websites shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. By using the Websites, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of the Websites, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting BK at info@bloodkonnector.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt of written notice. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Any mediation shall be conducted in Lahore, Pakistan, under the applicable rules of a mutually agreed mediator. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan, as stated in Clause 19 above.

No waiver by BK of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by BK to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy set out in Part Two and any other documents incorporated by reference, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and BK with respect to the Websites and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Websites.
